LeBlanc and Pancel scored in the opening period before each added another early in the second period to make it 4-0 Sudbury. Webster and Athanasiou scored five minutes apart to cut the Wolves lead in half, but Pancel completed his hat trick 2:12 into the third period to put the game out of reach. Ekblad and Baptiste exchanged late goals.
